Society of Indo American Engineers and Architect is seeking part time,
self-motivated and independent person to fill Administrative Assistant/Secretary position in NY Area.

Responsibilities:

- Perform Clerical and Administrative duties
- Assist in coordinating of Chapter events
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, committee reports prior to each monthly board meetings
- Maintain Chapter records & membership information
- Coordinate & attend monthly meetings (held in NYC)
- Excellent written & communication skills
- High School Degree; qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is required
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Email

Job to be on Consultant/contract basis - + 10-15 hours per week.
